Your Mission: Drive B2B sales and foster lasting relationships with clients, helping them discover the value of our innovative products and services.

At Shaws Media Group, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a talented Sales Representative to spearhead B2B sales, client acquisition, and retention. Your role will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring they get the most out of our offerings. Your Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales: Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients, driving new sales opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition: Build a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Present and demonstrate the value of Shaws Media Group’s services, tailoring solutions to fit each client’s needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Share client feedback with the internal team to help refine and improve our product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Sales Experience: You must have demonstrable experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Passion for Sales: You’re driven by results, excited about new challenges, and have a knack for turning prospects into long-term clients.
  • Excellent Communication: You can present ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: You’re confident in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Resilience: Sales can be tough, but you’re persistent, energetic, and don’t give up easily.
  • Organisational Skills: You’re able to manage multiple clients and projects at once, keeping everything organised and on track.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required, as you’ll be engaging with clients in both languages.
